halloweenjack inc.（以下「当社」）は、iOS アプリ「Isekai Lens（イセカイレンズ）」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本ポリシーのとおり定めます。本アプリは、撮影・選択した風景写真を AI で「異世界風」に変換するアプリです。
変換のために、利用者が撮影または選択した写真を当社サーバー経由で AI 画像生成プロバイダ（OpenAI、fal.ai）に送信します。送信された写真は画像の生成にのみ利用し、当社サーバーには保存せず、処理後ただちに破棄します。
「現在地を使う」機能を利用した場合、端末内で位置情報から地名を導き出し、その地名のテキストのみをサーバーに送信します（緯度経度などの正確な座標は送信しません）。地名は変換する世界観の入力として利用します。地名は手入力でも指定でき、その場合は位置情報を利用しません。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。クレジット残高や無料利用枠を管理するため、端末内で生成した匿名のランダムな識別子を使用します。この識別子は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を直接特定する情報とは結びつきません。
クレジットの購入残高および取引記録を、クレジットの付与と重複・不正付与の防止のために保持します。決済は Apple（App Store）が処理し、当社はクレジットカード番号や銀行口座情報を受け取りません。
本アプリの機能提供のため、以下の事業者にデータの処理を委託・送信します。いずれも機能提供のためであり、広告目的での共有やデータの販売は行いません。
本アプリは、第三者の解析 SDK・広告 SDK・広告識別子（IDFA）・サイトをまたいだトラッキングを一切利用しません。そのため、アプリのトラッキング許可（App Tracking Transparency）の対象外です。
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子供を対象としていません（年齢制限指定: 13+）。
当社が扱うデータは匿名の端末識別子に紐づくもので、特定の個人を識別するものではありません。残高や関連データの削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください（端末識別子を添えていただけると対応がスムーズです）。アプリを削除すると、端末側に保存された識別子も削除されます。
本アプリとサーバー間の通信は、すべて HTTPS により暗号化されています。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で通知します。

halloweenjack inc. ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy for the iOS app "Isekai Lens" (the "App"), which transforms photos of scenery into illustrated "other-world" styles using AI.
To perform a transformation, the photo you capture or select is sent through our server to third-party AI image-generation providers (OpenAI, fal.ai). The submitted photo is used only to generate the result image and is not stored on our servers — it is discarded immediately after processing.
If you use the "use current location" feature, your device derives a place name from your location on-device, and only that place-name text is sent to the server (precise coordinates such as latitude/longitude are never sent). The place name is used as input for the chosen world style. You can also type a place name manually, in which case no location data is used.
The App does not require an account. To manage your credit balance and free-usage allowance, we use an anonymous random identifier generated on your device. It is not associated with directly-identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number.
We retain your credit balance and transaction records to grant credits and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent grants. Payments are processed by Apple (the App Store); we never receive your credit-card or bank-account details.
We share or entrust data to the following providers solely to operate the App. We do not share data for advertising or sell your data.
The App uses no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or cross-site tracking. It therefore does not require App Tracking Transparency permission.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (age rating: 13+).
The data we handle is tied to an anonymous device identifier and does not identify you as an individual. To request deletion of your balance or related data, contact us at the address below (including your device identifier helps us respond quickly). Deleting the App also removes the identifier stored on your device.
All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.
We may revise this Policy as laws or the service change. We will note material changes on this page.
